We have reserved various rooms on the gorgeous Pursell Farm property. You will be given your room assignment upon arrival.
We will have two complimentary shuttles departing from the Birmingham Airport on Sunday, November 3 at 2pm and 5pm. There will also be one shuttle service back to the airport on Wednesday, November 6 at 11:30 am.
We will not have shuttles coming to and from Atlanta Airport; however, there are multiple Guides who live in the surrounding areas and have offered to give rides. Connect with them on the ‘Wall’ in the app!
Yes, all parking is complimentary.
You will have some free time on Monday and Tuesday to socialize, rest, or treat yourself to one of the activities Pursell Farms has to offer, such as golf, spa services, UTV excursions, horseback riding and more.

Check In opens at 3 pm on Sunday, November 3rd. Rooms will not be ready until that time. The first scheduled group activity will begin at 6 pm, so arriving any time between 3pm and 6pm would be best.
The Certified Retreat will officially wrap at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 6th. Everyone will receive a box lunch and should check-out within an hour after the last session.
We recommend business casual for dinners and cocktail hours. However, while we are in session, plan to wear something comfortable! If you take advantage of any optional amenities at Pursell Farms (golf, spa, etc.), make sure to pack appropriate clothing for that activity.
The food is world-class at Pursell Farms, so be prepared to consume some extra calories! Meals and cocktail hours are included in the cost of the retreat, and there are a few restaurants on-site where you can purchase additional food. Feel free to pack your favorite snacks to keep in your room or share with friends.
If you are a digital notetaker or have to get some work done during the retreat, feel free to bring it. We will be providing a notebook and pens, so if you’re attending to completely unplug…just leave it at home!
There is complimentary wifi in all guest rooms and meeting spaces.
Cancellations made at least thirty days prior to your arrival will result in a full refund minus a $100 non-refundable administration fee. If a cancellation is necessary after that time period, please contact StoryBrand at email@example.com. We will work with you to try and find another member of our community to take your reservation; however, if the room cannot be reassigned, you will be responsible for the full payment of your bill.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your spouse for an additional $650 fee. This fee covers their meals, lodging fee, happy hours, and nightly socials. During the content sessions, they can enjoy some rest and relaxation at the beautiful Pursell Farms. To sign up your spouse, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
